Cat Saves Couple Locked Out of Apartment in Adorable Rescue

Lucia and her boyfriend, Federico, recently found themselves in an unexpected predicament when they arrived home to their apartment. Although Lucia had her key, they were unable to get inside because Federico had accidentally left his key in the lock on the other side of the door.

“My key didn’t work because the other one was there,” Lucia told The Dodo.

A Hero Emerges

Trapped outside in the hallway, the couple faced the frustrating possibility of having to call a locksmith. However, their mishap didn’t go unnoticed. Inside the apartment, their clever cat, Achilles, had been listening to their struggle. And luckily for them, he knew exactly what to do.

Achilles to the Rescue

As if he had been trained for such emergencies, Achilles sprang into action. Using his paws and feline intelligence, he managed to unlatch the door and let his humans back inside.

“We gave him tuna,” Lucia said.
